Driving down  PCH is quite an experience!
Freedom is the word of the day!
Going home is awesome, specially after a nice time w friends......
I'm glad I have the day off..............
Gonna sleep now..............
Then......
Gonna run some errands, go food shopping, chose a nice bottle of wine, go home, work out, take a nice long shower, pop some veggie pizza in the oven, open the wine, and watch some TV......
How good can this be???????????????
I wish my baby was here............he is in Europe right now.....but will be back in a couple of weeks....
Miss him......

back home

It's good that we can go from one place to another..........but coming home is wonderful........my bed, my bathroom, my car............
I had a good time in SFO though............even the weather was OK..........
But no time to see the seals.................
And way too tired at the end of the day to go dancing.....though some friends did go.........and begged me to go too............but I guess I'm gettig old............
Being in touch with people who believe the same things I do is always a pleasure..............
And today, back to work and projects.........gonna start workng w kids and  feel so refreshed!!!!!

LAX

Going to San Fran today for a congress.............
Hate going to LAX...........cannot believe such an important airport can be so filthy..........and ugly.......and unnatractive as it is!
But happy to be in San Francisco for a couple of days................gonna go see the seals at the pier.....
And run at Golden Gate park...........LOVE it!

It's just unbelievable that someone could ever think about making such a HORRENDOUS movie...............
It's ABSURD, UNTHINKABLE, DISGUSTING, APPALING........ trying to create art????????? What the FUCK IS THAT??????????????????
The world is completely nuts.................people are totally out of their minds.............
Please don't watch this SHIT MOVIE..............plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
It's an ode to sick minds..............only SICK, VERY SICK PEOPLE COULD MAKE SUCH A MOVIE.........
It makes me feel nauseated.............like vomitting...........

Still can't sleep

....still wondering in the dark..............
....well, got light from the PC...............
...made myself a cup of tea..............and keep thinking abt all those poor people in Africa that can go without food for days...........and their resilience power..........and their smile..........LOVE children's smiles..........am going to Africa next year.........this has been a project of mine since I was in school..........wanna be there for a year...........helping and doing whatever I can............I wish I could have gone way earlier but got sidetracked...........by a selfish idiot..........but, it belongs in the past..........
When I think abt all the hues and nuances of life and all its glory, it makes me feel that we have so much to do................and as Mr. Obama has said, WE CAN DO IT! YES, WE CAN!
Let's the be change we want to see in the world!
Share whatever we have to help..........reach out for the needy ones............reach out for the ones who desperatly need LOVE and care and a simple smile...............a simple smile, sometimes it can save a life!
...........I guess ALL WE NEED IS LOVE as the Beatles have preached..............as Lennon preached..........
I miss his voice so much...............his vibes..........his energy.............his presence in this world...........
As I miss Michael...................
And as we all miss Gandhi................

Can't sleep...............

Four in the blooming morning and I keep tossing & turning in bed............HATE it!

I keep thinking abt people who have serious  insomnia............must be horrible for them..........
I don't wanna take meds...........hate meds..........don't wanna feel dependant on anything...........
And I can't understand why some people can be so selfish and self-centered...........
and get to hurt other people for no reason..........
Why?
It's just so sad that some people don't get it.............
The flow of life is a sure thing...........
